All over the world, early summer is a busy season for dairy farmers. Sometimes it can be so busy, that a report about a breeding enterprise also turns out differently than planned. That is how it turned out for My Lady’s Manor Farm in the American state of Maryland. Due to a busy schedule, our interview had to be postponed. But: the global reach of Ladys-Manor is tremendous. As such, this month we opted for an “alternative” Ladys-Manor report. Which unexpectedly brings us to the meritorious descendants of Ruby Shawn – here is their story.
