On the occasion of our special issue, the “Excellent Edition,” we reached out to three head classifiers from around the world. They are Dorothee Warder of Germany, Bruno Jubinville of Canada and Corrado Zilocchi of Italy. The evaluation of conformation has long been an important aspect of cattle breeding and we were curious about its development in general.
