Unterhofer Holsteins: Striving for the Perfect Cow

She was one of the eye-catchers on the European show scene last winter, won Austria’s national show and represented Italy in the selection for world champion. To say that Jomagro Cheyenne-RC EX-90 is Europe’s most conspicuous representative of the Tony Charity family is more than fair. And, of course, Cheyenne is also the most conspicuous representative of the small herd where she makes her home. In the blink of an eye, the Golden Dreams daughter put her owner Bernhard Unterhofer on the international map. At the same time, the breeder from the province of South Tyrol in northern Italy has much more of value in his barn. Unterhofer milks 16 cows, and almost everyone of them deserves to be mentioned here.
