In 1991, Hans and Marlise Pfister, along with their 3 young children, left Switzerland and moved to Canada, purchasing a farm near the town of Mitchell in western Ontario, about 2 hours west of Toronto. With careful management, hard work and a dedication to making the cows always Nr.1 at Ulmar, the Pfister family has developed an award-winning herd.
