But somehow Ewald and Ingrid Demling and their 210 cows always flew just under the radar. But now the herd can no longer be hidden. With 14,000kg/30,865lb 4.24% 3.48%, it was the best producing herd in Germany this past year, and home to the current top-4 cows and heifers as well as the best-producing Red Holsteins in the country.
